Juniper Networks is implementing a major upgrade to its IT systems to better serve our customers. In support of this upgrade, system maintenance windows have been scheduled during January 2016 (detailed schedule below).
Because of these planned maintenance windows, we anticipate higher-than-expected call volume. Please note that during this period, we will be fully staffed and able to assist with any emergency or unplanned network incidents. The systems used to create and view service requests, and to register for licenses, will be down for less than 48 hours, and will be available on January 2, 2016.
