Leadership Team
Rami Rahim
Rami Rahim is Chief Executive Officer of Juniper Networks and a member of the company's Board of Directors. Rahim was appointed CEO in November 2014.
Rahim began his Juniper career in early 1997, as employee No. 32, and worked as an engineer on Juniper's first breakthrough product, the M40 core router. Rahim has progressed through a series of technical and leadership roles at Juniper, applying his engineering acumen to the design and development of Juniper's industry-leading product portfolio.
He most recently served as Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Juniper Development and Innovation (JDI) organization, overseeing the company's entire product and technology portfolio. His responsibilities included driving strategy, development and business growth for routing, switching, security, silicon technology, and the Junos operating system.
Other leadership positions held over the years include: Executive Vice President and General Manager of Platform Systems Division for routing and switching, Senior Vice President of the Edge and Aggregation Business Unit (EABU), and Vice President and General Manager of EABU.
Rahim earned a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from the University of Toronto and a Master of Science degree in electrical engineering from Stanford University. He completed an intensive six-week executive program at Stanford University's Graduate School of Business. Rahim is a named inventor on 20 U.S. Patents granted in networking technologies and is a member of IEEE.
Rahim is also a member of the Board of Directors for Autodesk, a global leader in design software.

Chris Kaddaras is Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer at Juniper Networks. Kaddaras is responsible for driving Juniper’s customer and partner engagement through global leadership of the sales and partner functions for the company.
Kaddaras has 25+ years of leadership in the technology industry. Prior to Juniper, he served as Chief Revenue Officer at Transmit Security and held multiple roles at Nutanix from 2016-2021, including Chief Revenue Officer. Kaddaras also spent 16 years at EMC Corporation, where he held various positions including Vice President of Commercial Sales EMEA and Vice President of Sales Engineering across EMEA. He is highly accomplished at leading high growth GTM business transformations in all global theaters and segments. He has a BS in Management from Plymouth State University.

Since taking on this role in February 2016, Miller has been instrumental in leading Juniper through a successful transformation, with a focus on returning the company to sustainable growth and driving software monetization. In 2022, Juniper achieved record revenue of over $5.3B and software revenue of nearly $1B, up 43% year over year. Under Miller’s leadership, Juniper generated over $5 billion in operating cash flow.
During his tenure, Miller has led the integration of several acquisitions, including Mist Systems, Apstra and 128T, which have helped to further solidify Juniper’s position as a leader in the industry. He’s led the supply chain operations and real estate teams through the COVID-19 pandemic, including successfully navigating unprecedented supply chain and logistics challenges.
Miller is passionate about and committed to creating a great work culture, which is evidenced by consistently earning some of the highest employee engagement scores on the company’s annual survey.
Miller’s journey with Juniper began in 1999, where he played a key role in transforming the company’s accounting and finance teams from ‘start-up mode’ to a team that supports a multi-billion-dollar business. Throughout his career with Juniper, Miller has gained deep experience through multiple roles, including in Accounting, Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis, Business Unit Finance and Go-to-Market Finance. Prior to joining Juniper, he worked as Audit Manager at Ernst & Young.
Miller earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Santa Clara University and is a California CPA (inactive).

Robert Mobassaly
Robert Mobassaly joined Juniper in February 2012 and has served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel since July 2021. From July 2016 to July 2021, he served as Vice President, Deputy General Counsel where he was responsible for managing a team focused on legal requirements, including those associated with Juniper’s corporate securities, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, stockholder administration and insurance matters.
From May 2015 to July 2016, Mobassaly served as the Associate General Counsel, Senior Director and previously served as Assistant General Counsel, Director. Prior to joining Juniper, Mobassaly was in private practice. He holds both a bachelor’s degrees from the University of California, Berkeley, and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
Robert Mobassaly

Eva Andres
Eva Andres has responsibility for charting our global people strategy, fostering diversity, inclusion, and growth among our most important asset, our employees. She leads the human resources organization and the Juniper Networks Foundation Fund, which inspires the next generation of engineers and innovators.
With over 20 years of global leadership, Andres has held executive human resources roles ranging from startup to multinational organizations, and has a proven ability to prepare and lead organizations through transformation and growth. Prior to joining Juniper, she held senior leadership positions at Virtustream (Dell EMC), Documentum, and Dupont.
Andres holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from the University of Barcelona, Spain.

Kevin Hutchins
As Juniper’s Senior Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development, Kevin Hutchins is responsible for defining and enabling Juniper’s strategic corporate vision. In addition, he is responsible for strategic, financial and operational leadership for Juniper’s four service lines of business, including maintenance services, advanced services - a high-touch, premium support offering, a rapidly expanding professional services organization and educational services. James also oversees Juniper’s supply chain, real estate and workplace services and environmental, health, safety and security organizations.
James brings more than 34 years of experience with Fortune 50 technology services companies. Prior to Juniper, he served as the Senior Vice President of Global Services and Solutions at RingCentral, Inc – a provider of state-of-the-art cloud communications solutions. He has held additional leadership positions as CEO of Optum360 and executive roles at ACS/Xerox Business Services, EMC2 and Perot Systems. His expertise spans infrastructure services, applications development, operations, strategic planning, technology innovations, mergers and acquisitions and revenue growth.

Sharon Mandell
Sharon Mandell is the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer leading Juniper’s global information technology team. In this role, she leads the ongoing enhancement of the company’s IT infrastructure and applications architectures to support the growth objectives of the company. She and her team are also responsible for showcasing Juniper’s use of its technologies to the world.
Prior to joining Juniper in 2020, Mandell was the Chief Information Officer for TIBCO Software and previously developed her leadership strategy at Harmonic, Black Arrow (now Cadent), Knight Ridder and the Tribune Company. Throughout her career, Mandell developed a level of expertise in cybersecurity and compliance, enterprise architecture and road mapping, data and analytics, digital transformation and customer service. She is passionate about supporting women in STEM careers and in her free time Mandell serves on various arts and education related boards. She also proudly serves on the computer science advisory board at Temple University.

Athena Murphy owns large-scale, corporate operations transformations that accelerate growth for Juniper. She drives initiatives to ensure strategic alignment across the company, end-to-end business execution, and proactive identification and mitigation of potential enterprise-level risks. Athena leads the Juniper Transformation Office, a team of operational transformation experts focused on holistic solutions that balance simplicity with impact.
Murphy has over 25 years of experience in the technology industry. Prior to joining Juniper, she held a variety of senior product management and development, corporate strategy, and business operations roles at Intel Corporation.
Murphy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Materials Science Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
Athena Murphy

Raj Yavatkar
In his role as Chief Technology Officer, Raj Yavatkar is responsible for charting Juniper's technology strategy. He leads and executes the company’s critical innovations and products for intelligent self-driving networks, security, Mobile Edge Cloud, network virtualization, packet-optical integration, and hybrid cloud.
A technology and products pioneer throughout his career, Yavatkar has envisioned how emerging technologies can be applied to creatively solve enterprise and business problems ahead of competitors to help establish new product lines.
Before joining Juniper, Yavatkar was at Google (GCP), where he led a large team of engineers to deliver cloud networking infrastructure solutions for Google Cloud customers. Prior to that at VMware, he ideated a new product concept to address the private/hybrid cloud markets by defining VMware Cloud Foundation—an easy way to deploy and manage virtual clouds—leading a large product team to successfully deliver product to market. He started his career at Intel, rising to the position of Intel Fellow, a position he held for 10 years. During his various leadership roles there, Raj was responsible for driving new product and R&D initiatives in many areas of software.

He has been awarded more than 45 patents, published over 60 research papers, authored 5 Internet standards, and co-authored a book on internet quality of service. He is an IEEE Fellow and holds a PhD in Computer Science from Purdue University.

Jean English is Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer, leading an award-winning global marketing organization that is highly data-driven, results-oriented, ROI-focused and plays a strategic role in Juniper’s growth. English has extensive career experience in driving unprecedented growth across all business verticals, as customers increasingly look to cloud-delivered, AI-driven and secure solutions to power their strategic evolution toward delivering better digital experiences.
Prior to joining Juniper in 2023, English served as Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of NetApp, Chief Marketing Officer of Palo Alto Networks, Global Vice President of Marketing of IBM Cloud and, most recently, Chief Marketing Officer of Armis Security. She has also held international leadership roles, including Chief Marketing Officer of IBM Asia Pacific in Singapore.
English is a Board Member of Sunday Friends, a nonprofit that works to ensure every family in San Jose has the fundamental building blocks to create mobility from poverty. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. She is based in Sunnyvale area.

Hajela also served as Vice President and General Manager of Cisco’s Wireless and Cloud Networking Group, and he led Cisco’s acquisitions of ThinkSmart and Meraki.
Before Cisco, Hajela was Vice President and General Manager at Motorola, where he was responsible for the wireless network solutions business. AE Natarajan
AE Natarajan is Executive Vice President and Chief Development Officer. In this role, he is responsible for Juniper's Engineering organization.

Prior to Juniper, he was co-founder, chief scientist and CEO of Apstra, which was acquired by Juniper.

Anne DelSanto has principally served as a limited partner at Operator Collective, a consulting company, since December 2019. She is also serving as a limited partner at Stage 2 Capital, a consulting company, since March 2019. From February 2018 to April 2019, she served as Executive Vice President and General Manager, Platform at Salesforce.com, Inc.
Prior to her current role, she served in various executive-level roles at Salesforce since October 2012, including as Executive Vice President, Americas Solution Engineering & Cloud Sales from February 2016 to February 2018; Executive Vice President, Global Solution Engineering and Cloud Specialist Sales from February 2015 to February 2016; and Senior Vice President, Global Solutions Engineering from October 2012 to February 2015. Prior to joining Salesforce, she also served in various roles of increasing responsibility in pre-sales from 1999 to 2012 at Oracle Corporation including most recently as Group Vice President, Sales Engineering from February 2012 to September 2012; and Vice President of Sales Engineering from 2007 to February 2012.
DelSanto began her career in 1985 as an account systems engineer at IBM. She began her service on the board of directors of New Relic, Inc. in August 2020 and her service on the board of directors of Advanced Energy Industries, Inc. in October 2020.
Anne DelSanto
Anne DelSanto has principally served as a limited partner at Operator Collective, a consulting company, since December 2019. Kevin DeNuccio
Kevin DeNuccio most recently served as Executive Chairman of SevOne, Inc. from May 2017 to November 2019. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Violin Memory from February 2014 to April 2017. Prior to joining Violin Memory, he served as a co-founder of Wild West Capital, LLC, a venture and technology consulting firm he co-founded in July 2012.
Prior to that, DeNuccio served as Chief Executive Officer of Metaswitch Networks from February 2010 to July 2012. He was President and Chief Executive Officer of Redback Networks Inc. from August 2001 to January 2008, during which time it was acquired by Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson in January 2007 and operated as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ericsson.
DeNuccio held various positions at Cisco from 1995 to 2001, including Senior Vice President of Worldwide Service Provider Operations. Previously, Mr. DeNuccio was the founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Bell Atlantic Network Integration Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Bell Atlantic (now Verizon Communications).

Prior to joining NETGEAR, she served in a number of roles including Vice President, Controller, Treasurer, and Assistant Secretary of Aspect Communications Corporation from September 1996 through November 2005.
Gorjanc served as Manager of Tax for Tandem Computers, Inc. from October 1988 through September 1996. Prior to 1996, she served in management positions at Xidex Corporation and spent eight years in public accounting. Gorjanc has served on the board of directors and as the Chair of the audit committee of Invitae Corporation since November 2015.

Janet Haugen served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Unisys Corporation from April 2000 to November 2016. Prior to joining Unisys, she was a partner at Ernst & Young from 1993 to 1996, after serving in positions increasing responsibility at EY from 1980 to 1993.

He was an independent investor and turn-around executive from March 1996 to January 1997. During this period, Stensrud served as President of Paradyne Corporation and as a director of Paradyne Corporation, Paradyne Partners LLP, and of GlobeSpan Corporation, Inc., (acquired by Conexant, Inc.). From January 1992 to July 1995, Stensrud served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Primary Access Corporation, a data networking company acquired by 3Com Corporation.
