What is a Juniper Entitlement?
An entitlement defines the right to use a software license. Entitlement provides you the following license-related information:
- License details
- Who can use the license
- License validity duration
Activate the entitlement to generate a license key. The license key contains the software features of the product. License key for term-based licenses comes with an expiry date.
Even if you didn’t receive the fulfillment email, you can log in to the Juniper Agile Licensing (JAL) Portal and automatically view your purchased Entitlements.
Juniper systems create new Entitlements when the license SKU is fulfilled (shipped). Hence, when you log into the JAL Portal you can view the Entitlements.
How can I view all my Juniper Entitlement in the JAL Portal?
If you cannot find your Entitlements on the JAL Portal, you could be experiencing visibility issues. The visibility of Entitlements depends on how your user account is associated with your company Account ID. If you cannot view an Entitlement, then contact Customer Care https://support.juniper.net/support/requesting-support/.
Provide details such as the Sales Order number or the Support Reference Number listed in the fulfillment email to the Customer Care team.
How does Juniper deliver Non-JAL licenses? How does Juniper deliver Paper licenses and Legacy license SKUs?
Certain heritage products do not use the JAL system.
