Hierarchy Level

Description

Mode in which the system message logger sends messages

Options

event

Send messages to a file on the local routing engine

stream

Send messages to one or more remote log servers. Each remote server requires its own stream.

stream-event

Process security logs in both forwarding plane and control plane.

Support introduced in Junos OS Release 19.3R2 for Next Gen Services on MX Series routers MX240, MX480 and MX960 with the MX-SPC3 services card.
