Description
Statically configure the interface as an IGMP snooping multicast-router interface—that is, an interface that faces toward a multicast router or other IGMP querier.
 | Note: If the specified interface is a trunk port, the interface becomes a multicast-router interface for all VLANs configured on the trunk port. In addition, all unregistered multicast packets, whether they are IPv4 or IPv6 packets, are forwarded to the multicast router interface, even if the interface is configured as a multicast router interface only for IGMP snooping. Configure an interface as a bridge interface toward other multicast routers. |
