set cli timestamp

Syntax

set cli timestamp (format timestamp-format | disable)

Command introduced before Junos OS Release 7.4.

Command introduced in Junos OS Release 9.0 for EX Series switches.

Description

Set a timestamp for CLI output.

Options

format timestamp-format

Set the date and time format for the timestamp. The timestamp format you specify can include the following placeholders in any order:

  • %m—Two-digit month
  • %d—Two-digit date
  • %T—Six-digit hour, minute, and seconds
disable

Remove the timestamp from the CLI.
