Description
For Rapid Spanning Tree Protocol (RSTP), VLAN Spanning Tree Protocol (VSTP), or Multiple Spanning Tree Protocol (MSTP), configure interfaces as edge interfaces. Edge interfaces immediately transition to a forwarding state.
 | Note: If you specify edge at the [edit protocols stp] hierarchy level, the software ignores the option. Edge ports are not supported when the original IEEE 802.1D STP is configured. |

Edge interfaces are not enabled.
