Description
Use a string rather than the MAC address of the host system (the default) in the remote ID value in the DHCP option 82 information.
Options
string—Character string used as the remote ID value.
Range:1–255 characters
Required Privilege Level
system—To view this statement in the configuration.
system-control—To add this statement to the configuration.
