Event Automation and Event Policy Developer Guide
Junos OS event scripts automate network troubleshooting and network management. Event scripts are triggered automatically by defined event policies in response to a system event and can instruct Junos OS to take immediate action. Event scripts can gather and upload troubleshooting information, automatically diagnose and fix a network issue, or update a device configuration in response to a change.
