Statement introduced before Junos OS Release 7.4.

Description

Configure interfaces on the router or switch.

Default

The management and internal Ethernet interfaces are automatically configured. You must configure all other interfaces.

Required Privilege Level

interface—To view this statement in the configuration.

interface-control—To add this statement to the configuration.
