Syntax
Hierarchy Level
For platforms without ELS:
[edit ethernet-switching-options analyzer name]
For platforms with ELS:
[edit forwarding-options analyzer name][edit forwarding-options port-mirroring name family ethernet-switching ]

Statement introduced in Junos OS Release 11.1 for the QFX Series.
Option output vlan added in Junos OS Release 12.1 for the QFX Series.
Description
Configure the destination for mirrored traffic, either an interface on the switch (for local monitoring) or a VLAN (for remote monitoring).
