Description
For Link Layer Discovery Protocol–Media Endpoint Device (LLDP-MED), configure the location to which the DHCP entry refers. This information is advertised, along with other location information, from the switch to the MED. It is used during emergency calls to identify the location of the MED.
Options 0 and 1 should not be used unless it is known that the DHCP client is in close physical proximity to the server or network element.

- 0—Location of the DHCP server.
- 1—Location of a network element believed to be closest to the client.
- 2—Location of the client.
