Configuring MX Series Router Cloud CPE SNMP Monitoring Services
Before you begin, make sure you have completed the steps for the cCPE common configuration. See Configuring the Common Configuration for MX Series Router Cloud CPE Services.
To configure SNMP monitoring services for cCPE services:
- Define the system MIB view.
- Specify the community allowed to view the system MIB.
Note: A community can be shared by multiple subscribers. There can be only one view per community. A view can have multiple OIDs.
- Set the access authorization to read-only. [edit]user@host# set authorization read-only
- Specify the customer’s routing instance and IP address
of the SNMP client hosts that are authorized to use this community. [edit]user@host# set routing-instance subscriber-id clients address
