形容

apply-flags omit コマンドで非表示にされたデータを含む、システムのすべての構成データを表示します。カスタマーサポートに連絡する前にこのコマンドを発行し、サポート要求にコマンド出力を含めます。このコマンドからの出力は、コマンドを発行するプラットフォームによって多少異なります。ただし、コマンドは常に一連のshowコマンドを実行し、デバイスに適した情報が自動的に含まれます。

このコマンドからの出力は非常に長くなる可能性があります(出力は数千行)。次のように、出力をファイル (/var/log/rsi.log など) にリダイレクトすることがよくあります。

オプション

brief	(オプション)コマンド出力の簡単な情報を表示します。このオプションを使用しないと、出力の表示が完了するまでに時間がかかることがあります。
archive	`request support information` コマンドからのすべての出力を含む /var/tmp/rsi ディレクトリー内の圧縮アーカイブ・ファイル (tar.gz) を表示します。
dot1x	詳細な dot1x ステータスレポートを表示します。

with-components	/var/log ディレクトリーにある汎用 `request support information` コマンドおよびログ・ファイルからの出力とともに、コンポーネント固有の `request support information` コマンドからの出力を含む圧縮アーカイブ・ファイル (tar.gz) を表示します。
with-options	特定のパラメーターを持つコンポーネント固有の `request support information` コマンドからの出力を含む圧縮アーカイブ・ファイル (tar.gz) を表示します。このコマンドを使用すると、システム情報を柔軟に収集でき、要件に基づいて出力をカスタマイズできます。

詳細な情報

このコマンドの結果として発行されるshowコマンドは、コマンドを発行するプラットフォームによって異なります。出力はデバイスに対して常に適切です。例えば、表 1 に、MX シリーズ・ルーターで request support information を発行したときに呼び出される show コマンドをリストします。

手記：

no-forwarding オプションを使用すると、コマンドの実行中に出力 (Ctrl+C) に割り込んだ場合に、show コマンドに関連するすべての mgd プロセスが適切に停止されます。

show command show interfaces extensive no-forwarding は、 request support information brief コマンドではサポートされていません。

リリース 20.2R1 以降、Junos OS では既存の request support information コマンドに ipsec-vpn オプションが導入されています。request support information ipsec-vpn コマンドは、ルーティングエンジンとサービスカードレベルでのすべての設定、状態、統計情報を表示します。この新しいオプションは、IPsec-VPN関連の問題のデバッグに役立ちます。情報収集が合理化され、出力ファイルのサイズが小さくなります。
