Statement introduced in Release 8.5 of JUNOS software.

Description

Enable the device to send a TCP segment with the RST (reset) flag set to 1 (one) in response to a TCP segment with any flag other than SYN set and that does not belong to an existing session.

This statement is supported on J-series and SRX-series devices.
