Configuring the System Name

JUNOS Software enables you to override the system name by including the name statement at the [edit snmp] hierarchy level:

[edit snmp]name name;

If the name contains spaces, enclose it in quotation marks (" ").

To specify the system name override:

[edit]snmp {name "snmp 1";}
