PTX10003 Field-Replaceable Units Panel
The PTX10003 field-replaceable units (FRU) panel contains fan modules, power supply modules, two grounding points, and an ESD grounding point. The PTX10003 FRUs are hot-removable and hot-insertable—you can remove and replace them without powering off the PTX10003 or disrupting the routing function.
If you have a Juniper Care service contract, register any addition, change, or upgrade of hardware components at https://www.juniper.net/customers/support/tools/updateinstallbase/. Failure to do so can result in significant delays if you need replacement parts. This note does not apply if you replace existing components with the same type of component.
PTX10003-160C FRU Panel
The FRU panel for the PTX10003-160C has four power supplies, five fan modules, two chassis grounding points, and an ESD grounding point. Refer toFigure 1 (AC/HVDC power supplies) and Figure 2 (DC power supplies).
