Device Utilities

The device utilities on the Installed Base tab help you connect, troubleshoot, and test your devices.

Note:

Device utilities are accessible only when your device is attached and connected to Juniper Support Insights.

To access the device utilities:

  1. Navigate to the Installed Base tab (Organization > Inventory).

  2. Click the action icon under the Action column of a device.

  3. Select the utility or tool from the drop-down list.

Currently, the device utilities include the following tools:

  • Remote Shell—Access the command line directly through the Juniper Support Insights portal. You can enter configuration statements and operational commands on your device’s CLI without making a physical connection to the console port or using SSH.
