Device Utilities
The device utilities on the Installed Base tab help you connect, troubleshoot, and test your devices.
Device utilities are accessible only when your device is attached and connected to Juniper Support Insights.
To access the device utilities:
Navigate to the Installed Base tab (Organization > Inventory).
Click the action icon under the Action column of a device.
Select the utility or tool from the drop-down list.
Currently, the device utilities include the following tools:

Remote Shell—Access the command line directly through the Juniper Support Insights portal. You can enter configuration statements and operational commands on your device’s CLI without making a physical connection to the console port or using SSH.
