Validate Your Juniper Account Overview
Juniper Support Insights (JSI) prevents unauthorized access to customer-centric information by validating the user's identity through the Juniper Support Portal. Once validated, the user is granted access to the customer-centric information which the user is entitled to access.
To prevent unauthorized access to customer-centric information, JSI classifies device information into two categories, device-centric and customer-centric information. All users who have access to the organization can view device-centric details from the Installed Base page. However, JSI validates the user identity before providing access to customer-centric details. This ensures that only authorized users have access to customer-centric information from the Installed Base page.
Table 1 lists the device-centric and customer-centric details of a device available on the Installed Base page.
