Upgrade Apstra Edge from Apstra Cloud Services

Apstra Cloud Services enables you to upgrade Apstra Edge remotely whenever a newer version of the Apstra Edge software available. To use the newer features and updates released in Apstra Cloud Services, you must ensure that the Apstra Edge has the latest version of the edge software installed.

You can upgrade Apstra Edge from the Data Center tab on the Organization > Inventory page. To perform remote upgrade, you must be a user with the superuser role.

Enhancement to Impact Analysis Feature

The Impact Analysis feature has been enhanced to provide information about additional anomalies. When an Apstra Edge device is onboarded, the Impact Analysis feature helps detect anomalies in the data center network with the help of predefined IBA probes. It displays detailed information about the key anomalies along with a list of their associated anomalies, symptoms, affected devices, interfaces, services, Virtual Networks, and VRFs on the Anomalies tab on the Impact Analysis page. This enables you to quickly identify the root cause of an issue and resolve it, thus reducing the mean time to resolution (MTTR).
