New Features
This section describes the new features released in Juniper Mist Routing Assurance.
View OSPF Summary
Juniper Mist Routing Assurance enables administrators to monitor whether the OSPF interfaces of a router are performing optimally. From the Routers > Router Name > Insights > Routing Protocols > OSPF tab, administrators can view information such as status of OSPF neighbors and their interfaces, address of the designated primary router, address of the backup designated router and so on, in an easy-to-understand tabular format.
You can use the OSPF tab to:
-
Monitor OSPF enabled interfaces of the routers in your network.
-
Monitor OSPF neighbors of a router.
[See OSPF Summary.]
Support for MX240 Router
Juniper Mist Routing Assurance supports the MX240 Universal Edge Router. You can onboard these routers to Juniper Mist Routing Assurance and monitor their performance by viewing the insights collected from them.
You onboard a router by logging into the router's CLI and committing the outbound SSH configuration that Juniper Mist Routing Assurance provides. After a router is onboarded and is assigned to a site, you can start monitoring it.
