This section describes the new and changed features released in Juniper Routing Assurance.

Download Set Configuration

The Download Device Configuration feature has been enhanced to enable administrators to download the complete list of set commands that are committed on the router, in a TXT file. To download the set configuration, click Utilities > Download Set Config on the Router:Router Name page. You can use the TXT file as a back up of the configuration to:

  • Troubleshoot configuration mismatch issues.

  • Restore the working configuration in the event of failures such as hardware failure and data corruption. You can restore the working configuration from the router's CLI.

Previously, you could download the router's current configuration of the router in XML format in a TXT file. With this enhancement, administrators can download the set commands committed on the router in a TXT file.
