Manage RADIUS Server Configurations
Use this topic to add, edit, or delete RADIUS Server configurations.
Add a RADIUS Server
To configure a RADIUS Server in Paragon Automation:

Server Address |
Enter the IPv4 address of the server. |
Secret |
Enter the password that the network device would use to authenticate with the RADIUS Server. |
Port |
Enter the port on which to contact the RADIUS Server. Default: 1812 Range: 0 through 65,535 |
Accounting Port |
Enter the port to be used for accounting purposes. Default: 1813 Range: 0 through 65,535 |
Retry |
Enter the number of times that the device attempts to contact the RADIUS Server. If you enter a value outside the range, you are prompted to re-enter the value. Range: 1 through 100 |
Timeout |
Enter the time that the device can wait (in soeconds) to receive a response from the RADIUS Server. If you enter a value outside the range, you are prompted to re-enter the value again. Range: 1 through 100 |
Username |
Enter the username that would be used to onboard the device. There are no restrictions on the number or type of characters that you can use. |
Password |
Enter the password for the username. There are no restrictions on the number or type of characters that you can use. |
Edit a RADIUS Server
To edit a RADIUS Server:
The changes to the RADIUS Server configuration are automatically saved to the database. However, you must click Save to save the change in device authentication type.
