Load Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) authentication identity provider (IdP) metadata details.

Provide filename along with the absolute path to load identity provider (IdP) metadata details such as /var/tmp/filename.xml.

Provide metadata identifier of the identity provider (IdP).
