Enable conversion of MVPN Type 5 routes to MSDP Source Active (SA) routes.

Default

Conversion of MVPN Type 5 routes to MSDP SA routes is disabled.

MVPN Type 5 route to MSDP SA conversion works in spt-only mode. rpt-spt mode is not supported.
