Description
Configure the amount of time in seconds before
a PCRF or an Online Charging System OCS partition responds and begins
to drain. Configuring this statement is optional if you set draining statement for either of the Policy and Charging Rule Function (PCRF)
or Online Charging System (OCS) partitions.
After you set draining for either of the PCRF or OCS partitions,
any new subscriber logins are denied, and the time limit you set in
this statement is used instead of the logout-response-timeout time limit.
