Hierarchy Level

content_copy zoom_out_map

Description

Set the default log format for event mode security logging on the device.

Options

  • binary—Binary encoded text to conserve resources.

  • sd-syslog—Structured system log file.

  • syslog—Traditional system log file.

  • Default: syslog.

Required Privilege Level

security—To view this statement in the configuration.

security-control—To add this statement to the configuration.
