Assign a numeric value to identify a Virtual Extensible LAN (VXLAN). All members of a VXLAN must use the same virtual network identifier (VNI).

vni	Value to specify in the `vni` attribute. Range: For flexible tunnel interfaces, the range supported is 0 through 16,777,214 for all MX Series routers (except MX80).
