Description
Enable reassembly of fragmented generic routing encapsulation (GRE) encapsulated packets on GRE tunnel interfaces at the endpoint of the GRE tunnel.
GRE-encapsulated packets are fragmented if the allow-fragmentation statement is configured for the GRE tunnel and the size of the GRE-encapsulated packet exceeds the maximum transmission unit (MTU) value of a link that the packet passes through.
Default
If you do not include the reassemble-packets statement, the GRE tunnel interface does not reassemble fragmented
GRE-encapsulated packets.
