Description
For aggregated Ethernet interfaces only, set the required link speed. You can specify
speed in bits per second either as a
complete decimal number or as a decimal number followed by the abbreviation
k (1000), m (1,000,000), or
g (1,000,000,000). By default, the speed of the first aggregated
interface that you add to the aggregated ethernet bundle determines the link speed
of the aggregated ethernet interface bundle. If you specify the link speed, all the
aggregated ethernet interfaces of the bundle operate at the specified speed.
Options
Aggregated Ethernet links on devices can have one of the following speeds:
100m—(EX Series, QFX5100, QFX100002, QFX100008, QFX100016 switches, MX Series, PTX Series routers) Links are 100 Mbps.10g—(EX Series, QFX5100, QFX100002, QFX100008, QFX100016 switches, MX Series, PTX Series routers) Links are 10 Gbps.-
10m—(EX Series, QFX5100, QFX100002, QFX100008, QFX100016 switches, MX Series, PTX Series routers) Links are 10 Mbps. 1g—(EX Series, QFX5100, QFX100002, QFX100008, QFX100016 switches, MX Series, PTX Series routers) Links are 1 Gbps.-
2.5g—(QFX5100, QFX100002, QFX100008, QFX100016 switches, MX Series, PTX Series routers) Links are 2.5 Gbps. -
25g—(QFX5100, QFX100002, QFX100008, QFX100016 switches, MX Series, PTX Series routers) Links are 25 Gbps. -
400g—Links are 400 Gbps. -
40g—(QFX5100, QFX100002, QFX100008, QFX100016 switches, MX Series, PTX Series routers) Links are 40 Gbps. -
50g—(QFX5100, QFX100002, QFX100008, QFX100016 switches, MX Series, PTX Series routers) Links are 50 Gbps. -
80g—(QFX5100, QFX100002, QFX100008, QFX100016 switches, MX Series, PTX Series routers) Links are 80 Gbps. -
8g—(QFX5100, QFX100002, QFX100008, QFX100016 switches, MX Series, PTX Series routers) Links are 8 Gbps. -
mixed—(QFX5100, QFX100002, QFX100008, QFX100016 switches, MX Series, PTX Series routers) Enables bundling of different Ethernet rate links in the same Aggregated Ethernet interface. -
oc192—(QFX5100, QFX100002, QFX100008, QFX100016 switches, MX Series, PTX Series routers) Links are OC192. oc192—Links are OC192 or STM64c.
