Statement introduced in Junos OS Release 12.3 for ACX Series Routers.
Description
Configure the minimum log mean interval between delay-response messages. This is a log2 value, which means that the minimum delay-response rate allowed is one message per second.

Range: -7 to 4
Default: -7
