Default DSCP and DSCP IPv6 Classifier
Table 1 shows the forwarding class and packet loss priority (PLP) that are assigned to each well-known DSCP when you apply the explicit default DSCP or DSCP IPv6 classifier. To do this, include the default statement at the [edit class-of-service interfaces interface-name unit logical-unit-number classifiers (dscp | dscp-ipv6)] hierarchy level:
![]() | Note: If you deactivate or delete dscp-ipv6 statement from the configuration, the default IPv6 classifier is not activated on the on the M5, M10, M7i, M10i, M20, M40, M40e, and M160 routing platforms. As a workaround, explicitly specify the default option to the dscp-ipv6 statement. |
