Syntax

show oam ethernet lmi (interface <interface-name>)

Release Information

Command introduced in Junos OS Release 9.5.

Description

On MX Series routers with Gigabit Ethernet, Fast Ethernet, or aggregated Ethernet, and OAM Ethernet Local Management Interface (LMI) configuration, display the LMI information for the configured interfaces or optionally for a specified interface.

Options

interface

(Optional) Display LMI information for a specified interface.

interface-name

(Optional) Display Ethernet LMI information for the specified interface only.

Output Fields

Table 1 lists the output fields for the show oam ethernet lmi command. Output fields are listed in the approximate order in which they appear.

Field Name

Field Description

Physical Interface

Header for the EVC information showing the Ethernet virtual circuit (EVC) name, configuration, and active/inactive status.

UNI Identifier

Name of the UNI.

EVC map type

EVC configuration.

Polling verification timer

Polling verification timer status.

E-LMI state

Operational status of the E-LMI configuration in the interfaces or specified interface.

Priority/Untagged VLAN ID

To be provided.

Default EVC

The EVC set as the default EVC.

Associated EVCs

Heading for the list of configured EVCs.

EVC Indentifier

EVC name.

Reference ID

To be provided.

Status

Status active or not active.

CE VLAN IDs

Customer edge VLAN ID numbers.
