WX stands for WAN acceleration. The WXC ISM 200
is inserted in a J-series Services Router. All other models are standalone
platforms. The WXC platforms and modules use disk-based compression
and generally achieve higher compression rates than the non-disk-based
WX platforms.

features. To open the WXOS Web interface for the WXC ISM 200, select Configuration>Quick Configuration>WAN Acceleration>Manage in the J-Web interface.
