Revoke a License

You can revoke an active license from the Activations tab. After you submit the request to revoke a license on a device, you can view and track the revocation status on the Audit Logs page (Organization > Audit Logs). After you revoke a license, you can reuse the license on another device until the license expires.

To revoke a license:

  1. Navigate to Organization > Licensing.
  2. Click the Activations tab.
    The Activations tab appears.
  3. Select the option button next to the name of the license (Product Name) that you want to revoke, and click Revoke.
    A notification confirming the successful submission of your request appears at the top of the page.
    Note:

    The license status is updated within a minute of submitting the request.
