For Spanning Tree Protocol (STP), Rapid Spanning Tree Protocol (RSTP), VLAN Spanning Tree Protocol (VSTP), or Multiple Spanning Tree Protocol (MSTP), specifies the maximum expected arrival time of hello BPDUs.
