xe (Port)
Syntax
xe { (port port-number | port-range port-range-low port-range-high); }
Description
(QFX3600 standalone switch only) Configure a specific port or a range of ports to operate as four 10-Gigabit Ethernet (xe) type ports.
The Packet Forwarding Engine on the switch is restarted when you commit the port type configuration changes. As a result, you might experience packet loss on the switch.
Port Q0 supports only three (not the typical four)10-Gigabit Ethernet ports. Therefore, you can configure up to 63 (not 64) 10-Gigabit Ethernet ports on ports Q0 through Q15.
