Fundamentals
Junos Introduction. We'll review Juniper routing, switching, and security platforms as well as hardware design features. Since this series is focused on Junos, we'll dive into some OS design, the configuration environment, and some tips and tricks to help you along the way.
Intermediate
This class covers static, aggregate, and generated routes with a review of protocol independent routing and routing instances. We'll touch on filter-based forwarding and gradually work into OSPF so you're ready for the Advanced course.
Advanced
We had a brief warm-up with OSPF in the Intermediate course so now we're ready to go deeper. Course content includes configuration of multi-area autonomous systems, area border routers and examines different area types. We will begin to address the configuration and operation of BGP.
Automation
Why Automate? The Jumpstart Junos Automation class has the answers. From automation languages to libraries and frameworks, this course shows you why automation is the way to go. Get ready to cover Python and Junos PyEZ, as well as how to use Ansible to automate Junos.
Security
It’s no secret that security is top on mind for all IT organizations. In the Jumpstart Junos Security course you’ll receive an introduction to the power of Junos Security as we demonstrate how Junos performs in conjunction with your SRX series firewalls. Concepts relating to Sky ATP and its implementation as well as Connected Security with an overview of Policy enforcer will be covered.
Switching
the Jumpstart Junos Switching course covers virtual chassis concepts, configuration, and management. Interested in the comparison of enhanced layer 2 software (ELS)? We'll sort through the topic in depth. Focusing on the Juniper EX line of switches, you'll receive an overview of Network Director to end the class.
