When the FPC is restarted, kernel: GENCFG: op 32 (Resync blob) failed syslog message appears. This harmless message can be ignored. PR1050467

Intel X710 NICs with 4 x 10G ports might see a slightly lower PPS when all ports are running a 40G line rate. A 40G line rate can be achieved at a 512 byte packet size for the Intel X710 NIC. PR1281366
