View Service Instance Details
The Service-Instance-Name Details page displays details about service instances that you have created.
To navigate to the Service-Instance-Name Details page:
Click Orchestration > Instances.
The Service Instances page appears.
Select a service instance and click the service-instance-name hyperlink.
The Service-Instance-Name Details page appears.
You can view service instance details in the following tabs on the Service-Instance-Name Details page:

Properties—View general details about the service instance such as the name of the service instance, associated service design, customer name, and so on. See Table 1.

Order Status—View status of the last service order initiated for the instance. Expand Components and Workflows to view the execution details of the associated service order by the service components (placement, device, insights, and active assurance) and order workflow runs. You can view:

The date and time when the tasks related to the service component was executed.

The date, time, number of times the tasks in the service order workflow was run, and the status of the task execution.
Click the View Workflow Run hyperlink to view detailed workflow task logs on the Workflow Runs List page. See View Workflow Run Details.

Active Assurance—View active assurance Tests and Monitors data to monitor the quality of L3VPN and EVPN services after provisioning, under the Active Assurance tab. See About the Active Assurance Tab.
Note:The Active Assurance tab is displayed for L3VPN and EVPN service instances only. Active Assurance monitoring is not supported for L2 circuit service in this release.

Order History—View history of all service orders generated for the service instance. See About the Order History Tab.

Passive Assurance—View passive assurance monitoring data to monitor the health of VPN services after provisioning, under the Passive Assurance tab. See About the Passive Assurance tab.

Configurations—View configurations related to devices on which the service instance is provisioned and service monitoring. See About the Configurations Tab.

Map—View the map of the service topology that is defined in the service instance.

Name |
Name of the service instance and customer for whom the service is provisioned. The name is displayed in the service-instance:customer-name format. |
Customer |
Name of the customer for whom you are provisioning a service. |
Service Design |
Name of the service design associated with the service instance. |
Design Version |
Service design version associated with the service instance. |
Sites |
Sites through which the service spans. |
Status Message |
Status of the service order initiated for the service instance. For example, for a service order that is uploaded but not yet provisioned, the status displays as Uploaded. For a device onboarding service order that is executed, the status displays as Applied configuration to device-name. |
Order ID |
The ID of the last executed service order for the service instance. |
Scheduled Time |
The date and time when the service instance is scheduled to be provisioned. Scheduling of service instance provisioning is optional. This field does not display any entry if the service instance provisioning is not scheduled. |
Last Modified |
The date and time when the service instance was last modified. |
Last Modified By |
The user who last modified the service instance. |
About the Active Assurance Tab
The Active Assurance tab provides information about the status of Active Assurance Tests and Monitors that are used to monitor the service after it is provisioned, by measuring network traffic for the service.
See Table 2 for information about the fields.
The Active Assurance tab is displayed for L3VPN and EVPN service instances only. Active Assurance monitoring is not supported for L2 circuit service in this release.

Tests |
The Tests column displays the following data:
To view details about the Tests, click the hyperlinked number for total number of Tests run. You are directed to the Tests page (Observability > Active Assurance > Tests) where you can see details of the Tests. See About the Tests Page. |
Monitors |
The Monitors column displays the following data:
To view details about the Monitors, click the hyperlinked number for total number of Monitors. You are directed to the Monitors page (Observability > Active Assurance > Monitors) where you can see details of the Monitors. See About the Monitors Page. |
About the Order History Tab
The Order History tab displays a summary of all service orders associated with the service instance. You can view the date and time when an order was initiated and additional details about each service order, as described in Table 3.

State of execution of the service order. A service order can have the following execution states:

Device Count |
Number of devices on which the service order is executed. |
Edited By |
Name of the user who initiated the order. |
SD Version |
Service design version associated with the service order. |
View Content |
You can view the contents of the service order by clicking the View Content hyperlink. |
About the Passive Assurance tab
The Passive Assurance tab displays the results of health checks that Paragon Automation runs after a VPN service is provisioned. Paragon Automation monitors the health of the service and its components, such as physical and logical interfaces. For more information about the data displayed in the Passive Assurance tab, see View Passive Assurance Monitoring Data.
About the Configurations Tab
The Configurations tab displays the configurations for the service components (device, Insights, and Active Assurance). The service components appear on the left side of the tab. Click a component to view the component-specific configuration on the right side of the tab. See Table 4 for information about the fields in the Configurations tab.
The right pane also displays the following tabs:

Outline—Displays the summarized outline of the selected configuration file. Expand the outline sections to view more details.

Search—Allows you to search for specific content in the configurations file. Enter the search term in the text field and press Enter. The search results are displayed in the same section.
