Support for Fabric Health SLE
Apstra Cloud Services enables you to monitor the health of the data center fabric. The Fabric Health SLE provides information about the health of physical and virtual infrastructure, which includes the state of BGP sessions, connectivity among leaf, spine, and superspine, and route selection.
An administrator can use this information to proactively respond to network issues that impact end user experience.
View Insights from Superspines in the Data Center Network in Topology Views
Juniper Apstra Cloud Services provides insights about the performance of the superspines in the data center. You can view actionable insights about the 5-Stage data center fabric on the Service Aware, the Impact Analysis, and the Dashboard pages.
The 5-stage Clos architecture is a data center network design similar to the 3-stage architecture with the exception of a superspine layer. This additional layer of superspine devices interconnects multiple pods consisting of spine-and-leaf layers, creating a large network.
Monitor the Health and Connectivity Status of Virtual Devices
ACS helps you monitor the health and connectivity of virtual devices in the data center network. Two additional events - VM Resource Health Issue and Network Connectivity Lost - have been added to the event type Virtual Infra in Marvis Actions, which enable you to monitor the virtual devices. You can find more information about these events in the Anomalies pane on the Dashboard and Impact Analysis pages.
Enhancements to the Dashboard Access and Permissions
The Dashboard page on Juniper Apstra Cloud Services provides operational insights about the performance of the data center network. A superuser can assign predefined roles of Network Admin or Observer to a user and manage their access to the sites in the organization. The Network Admin or the Observer can use the Dashboard to view aggregated information about the sites that they have permission to access by choosing one of the following views in the Org drop-down:
An individual site
A site group
All the sites that the user has permission to access
To view this page, click Dashboard from the main menu.

View Summary Reports for Your Juniper Networks Assets
You can view a set of reports that summarize support insights at the organizational level, in addition to viewing support insights on a per-device basis within your organization. The reports provide data-driven, actionable insights into the overall operational health of the devices in the network.
You can use the reports to:
View network assets
Track operational status of the assets
Manage support contracts
Streamline hardware and software lifecycle management
Identify and access security vulnerabilities and potential issues that may impact the assets
These reports can assist you to make informed decisions and plan support activities to proactively address potential issues in the network, thereby minimizing operational impact.
To access the summary reports, navigate to Organization > Support Insights or Organization > Inventory > Installed Base > Support Insights.
Authorized Access to Customer-centric Information
Juniper Apstra Cloud Services validates users before providing access to customer-centric information about your devices.
