Assign a DNS Filter to Domain

Use this page to assign or reassign policies or profiles to different domains when it is first configured or when you want to implement a change. Before assigning an item to another domain, Security Director checks for the validity of the move. You can assign only one policy or profile at a time.

  1. Go to Configure> Firewall Policy> DNS Filter.
The DNS Filter page is displayed.
  2. Select the filter to which you want to assign the devices, click More, and then click Assign DNS Filter to Domains.

The Assign DNS Filter to Domain page is displayed.

  3. Select the domains to which you want to assign the DNS filter.
  4. Enable the option to ignore warnings that may be displayed if an issue was detected when Security Director validates the assignment, if required.
  5. Click OK.
