Provide Feedback About ACS

You can provide feedback about your experience with Apstra Cloud Services using the feedback form available on the GUI. Your feedback, comments, and suggestions help us improve your experience and understand your expectations from the product.
To provide feedback about Apstra Cloud Services:
- Click the Feedback icon on the top right corner of the GUI. Figure 1: Feedback Icon
The Help Us Improve dialog box opens.
- Enter your feedback in the dialog box. Figure 2: Help Us Improve
- Provide your rating for the application by using the icons or the slider.
- Select the feature that you find the most useful.
- To request for a new feature on ACS, click the New Feature Request button and enter the description in the text field.
- If you are facing any issues on ACS, click the Issue button and provide details in the text field.
- Enable the toggle for Apstra feedback to submit a feature request or to raise an issue regarding Juniper Apstra.
- Click Submit after entering information in the mandatory
fields.
