About the Service Levels Page
To access the Service Levels page, click Monitor > Service Levels > Routing.
Click the site drop-down list to select a site. The Service Level page displays the SLEs for the selected site. You can also view SLE of a specific router at a specific site by selecting a router from the site > Router drop-down list.
The Overall Service Tab on the Service Levels page gives you a bird's-eye view of the service levels of the entire organization. This Tab displays the aggregated service level for different sites in the organization. For more information, see Overall Service.
Select a time interval from the time range drop-down list. The SLE metrics display information for the data collected during the selected interval. Select Custom Date to view routing SLEs for a specific date range. Select Custom Range to view routing SLEs for a specific date and time range.
The page can be viewed in five different languages─English, Spanish, Japanese, French and German. Select your preferred language from the Change language drop-down list.
Tasks You Can Perform
View Router Health SLE─The Router Health SLE continuously monitors a router's temperature, CPU utilization, memory utilization, reachability and, so on which indicate the health of the router. For more information, see Router Health SLE.
View Router Throughput SLE─The Router Throughput SLE continuously monitors factors such as MTU mismatch, cable issues and so on that impact a router's throughput. For more information, see Router Throughput SLE.
Analyze SLE Score─View more information about the circumstances that led to a lower SLE score. The Root Cause Analysis page displays additional information such as timeline, distribution, affected items and so on for a selected classifier. Click an SLE or its classifiers to view the root cause analysis.
View Overall Service at the Organization Level─The Overall Service Tab on the Service Levels page gives you a bird's-eye view of the service levels of the entire organization. This Tab displays the aggregated service level for different sites of the organization. For more information, see Overall Service.
