Publish a DNS Sinkhole Policy

After you create a sinkhole, you must publish the sinkhole policy before you deploy the policy on the devices.

  1. Go to Configure> Firewall Policy> DNS Sinkhole.

    The DNS Sinkhole page is displayed.

  2. Select the sinkhole and click Publish.

    The Publish DNS Sinkhole Policy is displayed.

  3. Perform one of the following steps:

    • Select Run now to apply the configuration immediately.

    • Select Schedule at a later time to schedule and publish the configuration later.

  4. Select the devices to which the policy changes will be published.
    Note:

    You can search for a specific device by name or IP address on which the policy is published.

  5. Click Publish.

    The Job Details page is displayed with the following information: job type, job Id, job name, user name, job state, percentage completed, and the job timestamp. You can click Export to CSV to save the job details as a CSV file.

  6. Click OK.

    The DNS Sinkhole page is displayed.
