Syntax

Hierarchy Level

Description

Configure the protocol as Layer 2 circuit, Layer 2 VPN, or Ethernet and associate the interface to the protocol that needs to be monitored for ETH-AIS.

Options

l2circuit

Configure the protocol for the server MEP as Layer 2 circuit.

l2vpn

Configure the protocol for the server MEP as Layer 2 VPN.

ethernet

Configure the protocol for the server MEP as Ethernet.

interface interface-name

The interface that is to be associated with the protocol that needs monitoring for ETH-AIS.
