request vmhost power-on other-routing-engine

Description

Power on the Routing Engine on which Junos OS and the host OS are running. In a PTX3000, the Routing and Control Board is powered on.

Options

other-routing-engine

Power on the other Routing Engine on which the Junos OS and the host OS are running. For example, if you issue the command from the primary Routing Engine, the backup Routing Engine is powered on. Similarly, if you issue the command from the backup Routing Engine, the primary Routing Engine is powered on.

Note:

The QFX10002-60C and PTX10002-60C devices do not have primary and backup routing engines.
