Hierarchy Level

Description

This feature allows the user/operator to configure a GTP profile that masks the ULI. It provides control to the user by taking input on the mask value for the ULI. The value should lie between 1-65535 [00 01 to FF FF].

Attach this GTP profile to a policy which matches the operating conditions necessary to mask the ULI.

From Junos OS Release 20.4R1 onwards, the [edit security gprs gtp profile profile-name] hierarchy level is replaced by [edit security gtp profile profile-name].

Note:

The uli masking feature is only applicable for GTPv1 and GTPv2 only. It is not available for GTPv0.
