Description

Reserve a fraction of the system’s bandwidth for the express and guaranteed bit rate forwarding queues on the virtual routing and forwarding loopback interface on the anchor Packet Forwarding Engine. The system reserves the same fraction of bandwidth across all anchor Packet Forwarding Engines.

This configuration does not affect any bandwidth reservations on any of the WAN ports on any of the Packet Forwarding Engines (including the anchor Packet Forwarding Engines) in the system.

Options

express percentage

Specify the percentage of bandwidth to be reserved for the express queue.

  • Range: 1 through 100

  • Default: 2

gbr percentage

Specify the percentage of bandwidth to be reserved for each guaranteed bit rate queue.

  • Range: 1 through 100

  • Default: 5
