apply-groups (Chassis Cluster)
Syntax
apply-groups [$node]
Hierarchy Level
[edit chassis cluster]
Description
Apply node-specific parameters to each node in a chassis cluster.
You can use the [edit groups]
option to create a
unique configuration between the cluster members by defining a unique
hostname for each node and assigning a unique IP address for the fxp0
interface on each node.
Each group is named after the node it is applied to (node 0
and node 1) and once you apply the configured groups using the apply-groups
statement, only the group that matches the node
name is applied.
The configuration you specified under group node 0 will be active only on node 0 and the configuration you specified under group node 1 will be active only on node 1.
